I spent 10 years working in Early Childhood Education before feeling called to be of service to others from a more therapeutic approach.
I am passionate about delving into what makes each person unique and clearing core issues at a fundamental level, so that we can fully access our gifts and shine our beautiful light!

What is Soul Based Therapy?
Soul Based Therapy is unique and bridges the gap between scientific approaches to therapy and a more holistic/spiritual perspective.
We combine both approaches to address the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual aspects of a person. This allows for healing at all levels of consciousness and allows for transformation at a deep, fundamental level.
In Soul Based Therapy, we don't just address the 'symptoms' or current issues in isolation. Instead, we look at the underlying cause, and make changes at a fundamental level. We delve into the negative beliefs and subsequent thoughts, emotions and behaviours that are contributing to the undesirable situations you may be experiencing.
In other words, Soul Based Therapy not only works with the conscious mind but addresses the beliefs stored in the subconscious, which is vital for creating lasting change for the better.
